Malinao, General Luna is the remaining quiet beach spot in the municipality. Total lot area is 1,228 square meters and priced at Php3,500/square meter. Lot is a parcel of a bigger land and this is the only one remaining now.
Prices here in this area used to be at Php1,000/square meter but since foreigners have been buying, land owners have jacked up prices beginning in 2008.
